How do you use these files? Use the templates to create a series of direct mail campaigns over a 12 month period. Thereby sending a new letter every six to eight weeks to targeted people and or businesses.
From these templates you can announce yourself as a professional broker or agent, and seek out listings, in sales, leasing, or property management. You can also use the templates to share information about new listings in the location or with your property speciality.
