In this course we have given you plenty of ideas and challenges to build your business in these unusual times. We wanted to keep to the simple categories of:

  • Setting your foundations
  • Prospecting for new business
  • Pitching and presenting for listings
  • Marketing yourself and your listings

So you now have plenty of things to do. As simple as these four topics appear, there are plenty of things to do in each.

I go back to the point that you can always improve and you can always learn, no matter how long you have been in the industry. All of these coaching and course ideas are from my long experiences in the industry.

Today you now have a 'road-map' of challenges and ideas to take you forward. Take your time but always improve on what you did yesterday. The concept of 'constant improvement' works well in our industry. Actions are for you to take.

One last statement for you......... Keep things simple. When it gets a bit overwhelming, you can always break down the challenges into simple things. That then helps you see the road ahead.
